1. Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available in multiples of £420. Please call us on 020 7730 0547 or email us at with your payment details, the name of the recipient and the amount required. If emailing, please also include your telephone number so that we may verify your order and payment information. Please note that recipients of gift vouchers must use their voucher in person at our 94 Pimlico Road gallery or by telephoning us on 020 7730 0547. It is not possible to complete the order process online using a gift voucher.

2. Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes. Subject to availability, we are able to offer a discount of 15% for orders of 6 or more posters, placed and paid for at the same time.

3. I live outside the UK – what is the price without VAT?

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (UK Sales tax). If your order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom (UK), you do not have to pay VAT (UK Sales tax), which will be automatically deducted at the online checkout. As the current rate of VAT is 20%, the price for posters delivered outside of the UK is currently £350 per poster. Any import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Are your posters available in different sizes?

Our limited-edition posters, which are numbered and embossed, are available in one size only, approximately 97 x 65 cms or 38 x 26 inches (please see the VIEW FULL DETAILS box on individual posters for exact dimensions).

5. What kind of paper are the posters printed on?

Our limited-edition posters are printed on the finest quality 100% acid-free cotton paper.

6. Do you provide framing?

Shoppers at our 94 Pimlico Road gallery are able to order frames as seen in our gallery at a cost of £360 (including VAT), making the framed poster a total of £780 (including VAT). This is for a frame of the highest quality, hand-made in ash black stained oak with a generous ivory mount. Please note that orders must be collected from our gallery as we do not deliver framed posters. Please click on the ‘Framing Information’ icon on the individual poster pages for photos and further information.

8. How much does postage and packing (p & p) cost?

9. How soon can I expect to receive my poster(s)?

Posters delivered within the UK and Europe should arrive within 1 – 3 working days. Orders being exported to the rest of the world, as well as more remote locations in the EU, should arrive within 3 – 4 working days. Full tracking information will be provided as soon as the shipment has been collected by the courier.

10. Will you inform me when my poster will be delivered?

A delivery date and time will be confirmed by email or text message for all orders once your order has been processed and full payment received. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of all deliveries, so you may want to request that your order is sent to a work address.

11. What happens if I’m not home when my poster arrives?

You will receive an email or text message confirming the date and time of your delivery. If the date or time is not convenient, you will be given the option to re-schedule the delivery at a time that suits you. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt of all deliveries, so please ensure that someone is available to accept the package at your chosen delivery address.

12. How are the posters packaged?

Posters are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue and despatched in robust postal tubes.

13. What should I do if my poster arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event of this happening, please see our Returns Policy for full details of how to request a replacement.

14. What if I change my mind after I’ve placed an order?

If you would like to swap your poster after you have purchased it, you may do so subject to a restocking and handling charge of £19.95 (this covers the cost of fulfilment, postage and packing of the new poster, as well as the manual alteration of our stock database), providing the returned poster is in unmarked, saleable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for details of how to request a replacement or refund.

15. Can I specify which number I’d like on my limited-edition poster?

No, posters are dispatched in sequential order.
