Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pullmaneditions.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Pullman Editions, 94 Pimlico Road, London, SW1W 8PL. Any item returned must be packed in its original tube. We strongly encourage you to return your item(s) via a trackable method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us unless you are returning the item because of an error on our part.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that the following timescale parameters are set by the Courier Companies: For UK orders, any issues with damage must be raised within 48hrs (2 working days) of the delivery being made. Issues with the delivery itself must be raised within 14 working days of the despatch of an order. For overseas orders, any issues with damage or delivery must be raised within 30 days of the despatch of an order. After these timescales have elapsed, we regret that it is not possible to claim compensation from the Courier Companies and you will be liable for any additional shipping and fulfilment fees.

If your poster has been damaged in transit, it will be necessary to email photos of both the damaged poster and postal tube to info@pullmaneditions.com before we are able to proceed with issuing a replacement or refund.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and framed posters. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that orders paid for by credit card attract a 3% handling fee by the card issuer, which is not redeemable and will be passed onto the customer in the event that a refund is given (this is not applicable for purchases by bank transfer).
